If your country does not appear at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

8. Lost, Damaged or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

All shipments are insured.

We will assist you with a replacement or a refund, subject to the carrier’s investigation.

For orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom, the responsibility for the shipment remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the customer, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
